CityStudio Vancouver offers a range of services to cities interested in launching a CityStudio.
Launch a CityStudio
We work with cities for up to two years to help successfully launch and run a new CityStudio. Fees include the model license, branding, key document and agreement templates, curriculum development support, membership in our Directors Network and more.
Art of Cities
This four-day conference provides cities with everything they need to know to develop and launch a licensed CityStudio. The next conference will be in 2019 in Vancouver (dates TBC).
Readiness Assessment for Cities
One of our key services and the most important first step in creating an effective alliance between a city and its post secondary schools is the Readiness Assessment checklist. We can do this as a personal visit or adapt for a virtual format.
During and after the launch of a CityStudio we are available for additional advising that may lie outside the original agreement. The coaching we provide will be designed to your city’s needs.
We have seen the value of a peer-to-peer portal for communication and the sharing of best practices. We are currently developing a CityStudio Directors Network for all CityStudios as well as similar city-university initiatives to facilitate connection, sharing and learning between cities, schools and organizations.
Introduction to CityStudio
We are available to join a call with your steering committee in the early stages of city/post secondary collaborative project development.
